PAYMENT AND SECURITY
We process payments via Stripe or PayPal and accept all major credit and debit cards. Both payment providers offer secure processing methods, ensuring your payment information remains protected.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order and payment have been received, we’ll send a confirmation email to notify you that your order is being processed. A second email will follow once your items have been dispatched.
PRODUCTS
We work hard to keep www.personalisedbysanta.co.uk updated with accurate stock levels and product details. If a product unexpectedly becomes unavailable, we’ll reach out to discuss your options. Note: We currently ship to the UK only. For orders outside the UK, please reach out to us via email.
RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
Please be aware that personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Orders go into production once placed and therefore cannot be canceled.
DELIVERY
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather disruptions or postal strikes. If an item goes missing in the post, please inform us within 30 days of placing the order. According to Royal Mail, an item is considered missing only 10 days after dispatch.
